Hedlund Husky Breeding This Spring 2009

Another exciting litter of Hedlund Pups born on June 27th, 2009. For more information on the Dam and the Sire of this litter, please visit Linda Newman's website at http://www.points-unknown.com/ or her blog http://topointsunknown.blogspot.com/ where you will see photos and updates on her two pups. The remaining two pups went to Lidia Dale-Mesaros in New Hampshire, www.uktousa.net or for updates go to http://AngelsInFurCoats.blogspot.com

This litter follows two wonderful breeding, one by Kim Fitzgerald of Knik, Alaska who bred Cranberry (Dam) with McKenzie (Sire) who together produced five great pups. (See below for updates and current pictures. The second litter bred by Linda Newman, Basil (Sire, Freighting Alaskan Husky) and Tuloon (Dam, Hedlund Husky).

Quite exciting to have this pair come together to produce what we hope will be some pretty amazing Hedlunds as both parents are deep line Hedlund Huskies.

For more history on this old line of Alaskan Husky, please go to the official website @ www.hedlundhusky.com This site is still under construction, but more will be added soon!

CRANBERRY & McKENZIE PUPS

Cranberry x McKenzie pups, bred by Kim Fitzgerald (Knik, Alaska) are now 10 months old. Beautiful, thick coated pups, silver-grey- almost with a hint of blue! Girls are robust and stunningly beautiful. Flint, the only male in the litter, is nice and leggy with the same characteristics of his sibling sisters. The puppies names are Journey, Nellie, Daisy, Canyon and Flint... enjoy their pictures and their progress.
